The Prevention Innovators Conference was created to combine the most valuable parts of learning at conferences… time spent with peers, and learning in various session formats.
The Prevention Innovators Conference will be held on the Norwegian Breakaway cruise ship in 2026. We leave port from Boston and will visit Bermuda.

Most great ideas and takeaways from conferences happen “in between” the sessions. So on top of the ~20 hours of session topics that you help determine, there will be structured time for “out of class” learning with your peers in prevention.

The conference begins as we board the Norwegian Breakaway 1:00-3:00pm on April 14th, 2026 and goes until we leave the ship on April 19th, 2026.

In order to claim your spot, you need to 1) Buy your conference ticket and 2) Reserve your room on the ship. Once you’ve done that, your spot is secure!
Refunds are available until December 1st, 2025 in case anything changes in your schedule.
The purpose of this event is for learning and professional growth, but the format and venue allows for MAXIMUM FUN while doing it! And yes, you’ll have plenty of time for exploring Bermuda, the ship and hanging with your new prevention besties 🙂
Your room reservation includes all meals at various restaurants around the ship, access to swimming pools and the gym, entertainment like trivia and nightly music shows, and of course… a trip to Bermuda.
The only thing you would pay extra for is a drink package for unlimited coffee & soda, wifi, or access to specialty restaurants and extra excursions.
Every passenger gets VERY limited wifi (think 15 minutes per day), but can purchase an internet package for an extra fee once you’re on board… although rumors say it’s not that reliable.
Sure! I bet they would love all the amenities on the cruise while you’re doing conference activities. You could join them each night after the learning experiences as well.
There are free cancellations up to December 01, 2025. If you’re worried about having to cancel after that, it’s probably best to get the insurance along with your room reservation. Frequent cruisers say that having insurance is great for peace of mind.
Passports are easiest… but you can use your Birth Certificate and a Government Issued ID instead. Note that if the name on your ID doesn’t match your birth certificate, bring documentation like your marriage certificate to verify the change.
